Brazilian-born Leo Rocha chose the picturesque town of Bellport as his new home, drawn by its proximity to the sea, the warm embrace of the local community, and its understated beauty. Upon settling in Bellport, Leo embarked on a rigorous academic pursuit, achieving American degrees in Interior Design and Culinary Arts. His dedication and talent were recognized with prestigious accolades, graduating with Phi Theta Kappa honors and summa cum laude in both disciplines. But Leo’s thirst for knowledge did not stop there. He further expanded his expertise by undertaking additional coursework in Architecture and Graphic Design at the New York Institute of Technology, demonstrating his commitment to a well-rounded mastery of his crafts.
Today, Leo Rocha brings his rich background and eclectic skills to the forefront of the real estate industry. As the marketing and branding manager behind Old Purchase Properties, Leo applies his multifaceted expertise to elevate the company’s presence and appeal.
